Administrative assistant with an affinity for accounting and customer support m/f/x

Full-time - fixed-term contract (6m)

In this exciting position, you will support our financial lead and our customer support department.


You will support our finance lead with the following accounting tasks:

  • Booking of purchase and sales invoices as well as bank statements
  • Preparing and booking payments to suppliers and from customers
  • Execution of monthly invoicing
  • Following-up the finance mailbox
  • Supporting the annual financial audit
  • Managing the purchase order process
  • Managing the approval flow of purchase invoices (in an MFO tool)

In addition, you would be a bridge to the customer support department where you are responsible for the following tasks :

  • Together with the CS team, you will provide part-time on-call service and answer as many questions as possible from end users and our sales channel on a variety of subjects.
  • You closely follow up the customer administration with a focus on finance, i.e. payments, invoicing, settlements, ...
  • You participate in the fight against fraud on the Internet by checking the accuracy of data.


Your profile

You have a strong affinity with numbers and you are familiar with accounting principles and want to learn more.

You are interested in supporting the customer support department and want to learn more.

You work conscientiously, you have a hands-on mentality with an eye for the practical and administrative side of the job.

You are eager to learn and open to feedback.

You like to work independently, you are service minded, customer friendly, solution oriented and you like to take initiative.

You enjoy talking to people over the phone.

You are a team player and are open to a flexible interpretation of your tasks in function of the needs of the organisation.

You speak and write fluently in Dutch, French and English. You have a good knowledge of IT Office tools, Word, Excel and Outlook. Being used to working with Mac is a plus.
