DNS Belgium is moving to a new address

09 May 2025

As of 12 May 2025, we’ll be happy to welcome you to our new office address. We are leaving the Philipssite for a more central location near Leuven station.

The address change will be gradually updated across all our communication channels, contact page and official documents.

Our new address:
DNS Belgium
Engels Plein 35, box 01.01
3000 Leuven
Belgium

What’s changing (and what’s not)?

  • Our contact details remain the same: you can still reach us at support@dnsbelgium.be or +32 16 28 49 70.
  • Our opening hours remain unchanged: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00.
  • We’ll be even more accessible: the new office is just a few minutes from Leuven station.

By train

Take the train to Leuven station. Our office is approximately a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride in the direction of De Vaart.

As always, DNS Belgium offers a free Blue-bike voucher for visitors arriving by public transport. You can collect a bike from the Blue-bike station at Leuven station.
Please contact us in advance if you wish to make use of this service.

By bus

From Leuven station, take bus line 2. This bus runs every 10 minutes and stops at Leuven Engels Plein, which is just a 2-minute walk from our office.

Several other bus lines also stop at (or near) Leuven Engels Plein.

By bike

There are bike racks available at Engels Plein, right in front of our building entrance. There is also a Blue-bike station at Leuven station.

By car

Parking in the centre of Leuven is available in public car parks. The closest option is:

Parking Vaartkom (Engels Plein 32) - just a 2-minute walk from our office. This car park has 1,000 spaces and is open 24/7.

Please note: Engels Plein is partially car-free. If you're coming by car, we recommend planning your route in advance.

Deliveries

Deliveries can temporarily load and unload via the access road at Engels Plein. Please contact us in advance for further instructions.
