After several years of stagnation, we want to grow again with .be. That is why, since the beginning of 2025, we have been actively focusing on targeted initiatives to increase the number of .be domain names.
We are aiming for sustainable growth, with high-quality registrations and close cooperation with our registrars .
Current initiatives
Our first concrete action is the .BE Comeback campaign, aimed at former domain holders who recently let their .be domain name expire. In consultation with our registrars, we are contacting these former customers. Registrars who give their consent will see their customers approached with personalised emails that refer to their previous registration and the advantages of a .be domain name. Our weekly email campaigns show up to a 5% reactivation of domain names.

In the coming months, we will further expand our actions with new initiatives that both stimulate new registrations and help retain existing customers. Keep an eye on this page for updates.
