You recently received an email with the new Registrar Agreement and the request to sign it via Adobe Sign. If you did not receive a mail from DNS Belgium via Adobe Acrobat Sign, be sure to check your spam folder.
Although the signing process is self-explanatory, we would like to take you through it step by step.
In the mail, click the ‘Review and sign’ button to go to the new agreement.
Step 1 Cookies, terms of use and privacy policy
You will first be asked to accept the cookie settings. If you do, you can close the session at any time and pick up where you left off later.
By then clicking ‘Continue’, you accept the terms of use and privacy policy. This is a mandatory step, without accepting it you cannot continue.
Step 2 Signing
In a first text box marked with a blue ‘start’ arrow, you will be asked to enter your Registrar ID.

A blue arrow also clearly marks where to sign on the following pages.

Press Enter to confirm.
Step 3 Initials on each page
At the bottom of the next page, you need to enter your initials. You only have to do this once. On the following pages, your initials will be filled in automatically when you click in the text box.

Click the Next arrow to go to the next page.
Step 4 Signature, job title and confirmation
At the end of the document, we ask you to fill in your signature and job title.

There are several options for adding a signature: you can type your name, upload an image, sign with the mouse or add a signature via a mobile device.
By clicking ‘Click to sign’, you approve the document. There is the option to download the document, but you will receive it by e-mail anyway.

After that, all you have to do is add your initials to the various attachments.
